This global multinational is seeking a confident immigration professional, ideally legally qualified, with strong technical and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will lead a team of Immigration Specialists advising corporate clients on UK immigration issues.

The Role

  • Lead UK and global engagements, including compliance and consulting projects.
  • Oversee service delivery, including signing off advice, adhering to SLAs and KPIs, and reviewing casework.
  • Advise on complex cross-border immigration issues, including post-Brexit and COVID-19 impacts.
  • Support the team with escalations, solutions, and viable options.
  • Identify opportunities for technology use to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage team performance, training, development, and staffing requirements.
  • Contribute to team development and act as a point of contact for queries and fee requests from overseas offices.
  • Assist the Director with team, client service, and financial strategies.

The Person

  • Ambitious, highly experienced immigration professional with leadership skills.
  • Active participation in team and company events, including presentations and publications.
  • Strong business acumen and current trends awareness.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work within demanding timeframes and challenge the status quo.
  • Proven track record in UK corporate immigration work.
  • International experience is desirable.
