They design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge defence solutions that protect and empower. You\'ll be at the forefront of digital transformation, applying model-based systems engineering (MBSE) principles to solve complex, mission-critical challenges. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage system models using MBSE tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Cameo Systems Modeler, IBM Rhapsody, Sparx Enterprise Architect). Define system architectures, requirements, interfaces, and verification strategies. Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams including software, hardware, mechanical, and mission systems engineers. Support the development lifecycle from concept through design, integration, test, and sustainment. Contribute to design reviews, trade studies, and system simulations. Maintain compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 15288, DOORS, SysML, MIL-STD). Qualifications & Skills Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Strong experience with MBSE methodologies and tools. Familiarity with SysML and architecture frameworks (e.g., DoDAF, MODAF). Experience in the aerospace or defence sector preferred. Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is required.
