About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Careers Administrator to join our friendly team and play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our careers department. Reporting to the School Operations Manager you’ll provide essential administrative support that keeps our students' journey toward their futures running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating administration for student work experience placements on Unifrog and helping with the administrative organisation of careers fairs and employer visits.
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets and tracking databases for student destinations and career interactions, using the Unifrog platform.
  • Collecting, collating, and managing key information and feedback from local businesses, universities, and training providers.
  • Photocopying resources, preparing careers materials, and contacting parents regarding upcoming events.
  • Producing, scanning, and uploading documents to support the wider school administrative network.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you can directly impact our students' next steps. You’ll be part of a supportive environment that values collaboration, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.

About You

You’re personable, approachable, and thrive in a busy environment. A self-starter with a keen eye for detail, you can easily juggle multiple tasks, from organising an event schedule to updating detailed student records.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working in a general office environment and handling administrative procedures.
  • Is confident using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and student/careers databases such as Unifrog and Compass.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with staff, students, parents, external employers, and the wider community.
  • Can manage competing deadlines and event schedules with support from your line manager.
  • Is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a positive school and aspirations culture.
