About you

Are you a confident, unflappable, self-starting administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you possess the ability to handle high-level confidentiality, the drive to anticipate needs and the warmth to build rapport with everyone from pupils to Senior Leaders? If you are personable, approachable, adaptable to change and eager to learn new skills, you could be the right person to help shape the operational core of our trust.

The role

In this high-impact role, you will be the lead for enquiries, hold overall responsibility of the administration and maintenance of the Trust’s calendar, and be the operational lead for our Partnership Centres. Providing skilled administrative and operational support to our CEO, Directors and Senior Leaders, you will ensure seamless connectivity between our leadership teams and individual schools. By maintaining a visible, proactive presence across our four main hub sites, you will drive operational alignment across the trust and deliver the administrative excellence needed to keep the entire Trust running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trust Leaders Support: Act as the gatekeeper for the CEO and Directors; manage complex diaries, triage high-level enquiries and format documents and briefings.
  • Hub Operational Lead: Oversee the day-to-day running of our Partnership Centres, including room bookings, logistics, safeguarding sign-ins, and health & safety compliance.
  • Event & Network Coordination: Lead the logistics for high-profile events (e.g. Annual Leadership Conference) and coordinate Trust-wide networks and forums.
  • Enquiry Management: Serve as the definitive first point of contact for the Trust, efficiently managing the central inbox and telephone lines.
