Production Support Coordinator (Jan 2026) in Hastings

Join Mr Apple as a Production Support Coordinator to support sales and logistics operations in New Zealand’s leading integrated apple grower.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Manage export and local market packing instructions
• Monitor customer programs and create/distribute line diagrams
• Assist Packhouse teams with production and data queries
• Track inventory and reconcile stock
• Troubleshoot XML files and update market plans
• Provide administrative support and reporting
• Work collaboratively to ensure smooth delivery of apples to local and global markets

About You

The company is looking for:

• Passion for learning and exploring a career in horticulture
• Completion of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in 2025 in a relevant horticulture subject
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working both in a team and autonomously
• High attention to detail and eye for quality
• Own accommodation and transport in Hawke’s Bay
• Right to work in New Zealand and availability for the full 12-month contract
