Account Manager Sales Account Director Sales Director C-Screens was established in 2014 with the main aim to help agencies and advertisers extend their linear TV campaigns into live outdoor AV environments delivering premium content. This role works closely with the Sales Director and Account Director to drive revenue growth, improve reporting processes, and support high-level decision-making through accurate forecasting and effective sales collateral. It involves leading and developing Sales Executives to achieve quarterly and annual targets, while playing a key part in shaping and communicating the overall sales strategy. The position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with agencies, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and responding to briefs with tailored, compelling proposals. Additionally, the role focuses on managing the sales pipeline for accurate forecasting, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful campaign delivery, and leveraging market and industry insights to generate innovative sales ideas and opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Director, Sales Director, and wider sales team to ensure delivery against agreed revenue targets. Partner with the Sales Account Director to enhance reporting processes, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and develop high-quality collateral for senior stakeholders. Support the management and development of Sales Executives, guiding them toward quarterly and annual targets, providing feedback, and contributing to performance appraisals. Contribute to the development of sales strategy and effectively communicate key initiatives across the sales team. Identify bespoke commercial opportunities and proactively engage agencies with compelling, tailored sales collateral to drive revenue growth. Review and allocate inbound briefs, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality responses. Proactively target new and lapsed brands with relevant, insight-led proposals designed to re-engage and convert. Collaborate with C-Screens Directors and cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas and develop impactful sales assets. Work closely with Campaign Management to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns to agreed standards and timelines, maintaining strong communication from inception through to post-campaign analysis. Monitor trade press, national media, and online platforms to identify industry trends and uncover new sales opportunities.
