Transaction Manager – Global Capital Markets

About the Role
We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our Global Capital Markets team in London. Reporting to a Governance and Transaction Management Team Leader, you will be the key point of contact for a portfolio of transactions, primarily responsible for:
- Company secretarial matters
- Corporate and administrative affairs
- Transaction management related to structured finance and securitisation activities

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management
- Manage a diverse portfolio of structured finance and securitisation transactions, covering CMBS, RMBS, consumer credit, CLOs, and auto receivables.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong client service approach, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Review and draft service agreements, fee letters, and other key documents.
- Oversee the full transaction process, from incorporation and onboarding to execution.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Corporate Secretarial Services
- Oversee company secretarial obligations for special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
- Organise and prepare board meetings in a timely manner.
- Ensure SPVs remain in good legal standing throughout their lifecycle.
Business Development
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
- Attend client meetings and business trips as required.
- Ensure high-quality client documentation and regulatory reporting.
Compliance
- Adhere to client acceptance processes and perform periodic reviews.
- Monitor transactions to ensure regulatory compliance, including Market Abuse Regulations.
Client Invoicing
- Accurately record chargeable work and support client invoicing processes.
- Review invoices and ensure timely settlement.
People Management
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.
- Oversee the execution of transaction documents by junior colleagues.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum two years’ experience in structured finance (corporate services experience is an advantage).
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to support and mentor junior team members.
