About the Role
The Vice President, HR Service Delivery is a senior global leadership role responsible for shaping, scaling, and modernizing the delivery of core People & Culture services across the enterprise. This role is pivotal in driving a seamless, compliant, and high-impact employee experience that supports business performance, retention, and long-term growth.
This leader translates enterprise priorities into integrated service delivery strategies and operational excellence across a complex, global organization. The role oversees critical HR and enterprise support functions including:
- Global Payroll
- Global HR Operations
- Internal Audits
- CSC Sustainability Programs
- People & Culture Project Management Office (PMO)
- Communication Strategy and Execution
The VP leads globally distributed teams and ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery across regions, balancing global standards with local regulatory and cultural requirements. By modernizing service delivery and integrating global functions, the VP will help shape a consistent, scalable, and future-ready People & Culture organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Service Delivery
- Define and execute a cohesive global HR service delivery strategy aligned to enterprise and business unit priorities.
- Lead the transformation toward a modern, scalable, and digital-first service delivery model (e.g., shared services, automation, AI-enabled processes).
- Ensure delivery excellence across all services with a focus on on-time, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.
- Embed continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and employee satisfaction.
Functional Leadership
- Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for global functions:
- Payroll: Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across all jurisdictions.
- Sustainability Programs: Advance CSC’s sustainability strategy by embedding ESG principles into people practices and operations.
- People & Culture PMO and Communications: Drive disciplined execution of HR initiatives and enterprise-wide change programs.
- Communication Strategy & Execution: Ensure clear and impactful internal communications.
- Global Facilities Management: Oversee global workplace strategy, ensuring safe, efficient, and future-ready environments that support CSC culture and employee experience.
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure performance, including timeliness, compliance, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure global compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
- Build on current reporting and analytics capabilities to track service performance and inform decision-making.
- Drive risk mitigation strategies across all operational areas.
People Leadership
- Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing, globally dispersed teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Build leadership capability within teams through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
- Manage complex, matrixed relationships across geographies and business units.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights, business acumen, and strong executive presence.
- Partner cross-functionally (Finance, IT, Legal, Operations) to ensure integrated service delivery.
- Effectively communicate the business value of HR services by linking performance outcomes to business results.
Transformation & Innovation
- Champion modernization of HR service delivery through technology, automation, and process redesign.
- Leverage workforce data, employee feedback, and external benchmarks to continuously evolve services.
- Stay ahead of global workforce trends to ensure competitive and future-ready practices.
- Incorporate AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience in global HR operations or service delivery roles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale, global service delivery or shared services organizations.
- Deep expertise in multiple areas: payroll, HR operations, PMO, and facilities.
- Experience working with executive leadership teams and influencing enterprise strategy.
- Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed teams in complex, matrixed environments.
