As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of accounts and support the EMEA Collections Team in reducing delinquency while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide strategic Global Accounts Receivable while delivering superior customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Create and enable a results‑driven, continuous‑improvement culture within the team.
- Meet performance goals and targets for collection efficiency and quality.
- Support team performance by coaching, developing, and assessing training needs.
- Assist account managers in the identification, acquisition, and retention of customers.
- Ensure customer relations are maintained at a high level.
- Review KPI trends and help develop improvement plans.
Qualifications
- Partially qualified membership of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (preferred).
