We are seeking a Product Manager to support the DBS digital assets portfolio, including DNS, SSL, Domains, Brand Protection, and Fraud Protection. This role blends traditional product management responsibilities with portfolio wide enablement and support, helping product managers and stakeholders through presentation development, datasheets, sales enablement materials, and cross functional coordination.
Some of the things that you’ll be doing:
- Support the lifecycle management of digital assets across DNS, SSL, Domains, Brand Protection, and Fraud Protection
- Partner with senior product managers to maintain and evolve product strategy, roadmaps, and go to market plans
- Help track product performance metrics, adoption trends, and customer usage data
- Create and maintain product presentations, executive ready decks, and roadmap visuals
- Develop and update datasheets, solution briefs, FAQs, and one pagers
- Ensure messaging is consistent, accurate, and aligned across the DBS portfolio
- Translate technical concepts into customer friendly value propositions
- Act as a point of coordination between product, engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams
- Assist with internal product training materials and documentation
- Maintain centralized repositories for product assets, documentation, and enablement materials
- Support process improvements for how product information is created, reviewed, and distributed
- Help prepare materials for leadership reviews, QBRs, and executive updates
Applicable technical skills, experience and qualifications required:
- 3 – 6 years of experience in product management, product operations, or product marketing, preferably in digital services, security, or SaaS
- Strong experience creating presentations, datasheets, and customer facing product documentation
- Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts related to internet infrastructure, security, or digital protection services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across teams
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, and skilled at translating complex technical products into clear, compelling content for internal and external audiences. Familiarity with DNS, SSL/TLS, domain management, brand protection, or fraud prevention technologies preferred.
