The Benefits Analyst/Lead will be an integral part of the benefits strategy team, collaborating closely with HR colleagues and leadership across multiple countries. This strategist will provide expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on market trends, benefits plan design, rewards innovation, annual renewals, and compliance with regulations. This individual will spearhead the annual review of benefit offerings across multiple countries, with a particular focus on the EMEA region. They will also manage various benefit-related projects both within and across countries. The MN Benefits Analyst/Lead will need to develop a deep understanding of CSC’s evolving business strategy, effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, and make recommendations that align with the company's values. Their input will be crucial in the design, development, and enhancement of benefits programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand, review and make recommendations related to our insured benefit plans across multiple countries.
- Seek to understand benefit needs to attract and retain the best talent at CSC. Drive plans forward.
- Work with external partners, such as vendors and brokers, to suggest sound recommendations, review our benefits and renew benefits on time.
- Prepare and provide appropriate analyses to support benefit recommendations and show plan performance.
- Partner effectively with others to advance benefits for colleagues.
- Work beyond just insured benefits to flex into total rewards, such as wellness, allowances and other fringe benefits.
- Assess and recommend cost-effective and competitive benefits solutions across regions.
- Support and coach colleagues in the team and extended global HR team with assessing and implementation of total rewards and key insights and actions related to people data.
Required Competencies:
- Past multi-national experience in benefits benchmarking, annual renewals and implementation, especially in EMEA.
- Proven track record of working well with others and influential leadership skills.
- Strong financial acumen in the benefits space.
- Ability to translate data into conversations and communications.
- Self-starter, who is highly organized and action-oriented.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
