The Transformation Analyst acts as the operational backbone of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), playing a key role in supporting the delivery and governance of strategic transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring documentation integrity, producing executive-grade materials, managing the meeting cadence, and maintaining the integrated transformation roadmap across workstreams.
As the first hire within a growing Transformation Analyst pod, this position offers strong exposure and impact from the outset. The role reports initially to the Head of Transformation, with the reporting line evolving as the TMO scales.
Responsibilities
- Document production (40%): Build and maintain high-quality presentations and working papers for working sessions, leadership updates, and stakeholder briefings, translating raw inputs into clear, structured, and polished narratives.
- Analysis & roadmap (35%): Maintain the integrated transformation roadmap in Smartsheet; support KPI tracking, status reporting, and trend analysis across workstreams; contribute to building dashboards in Power BI (development area, training supported).
- Meeting management (15%): Take end-to-end ownership of Transformation Management Office (TMO) meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, preparation of pre-reads, facilitation support, minutes, action tracking, and ensuring follow-through to closure.
- Documentation governance (10%): Own and manage the TMO documentation repository, including taxonomy, version control, naming standards, storage discipline, and quality assurance across all workstream artifacts.
Technical Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in PMO, transformation, consulting, or analyst roles.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to produce executive-level storytelling and materials.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet, or demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management tools.
- Exposure to Power BI is a plus (and can be developed on the job).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft content on behalf of senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset with ownership of tasks.
