CSC is seeking an Associate Director/Director to oversee global capital markets within structured finance and securitisation. The role supports onboarding and lifecycle management, coordinating with clients, intermediaries, and external counsel to protect CSC’s rights and maintain governance.
Reporting to the EMEA Head of Restructuring and Special Situations, you will contribute to business development, internal controls, and staff training, while acting as director for SPV entities as needed.
