About the role: We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our ECS plan administration team. ECS delivers tailored solutions for employee incentive structures, including share plans, carried interest, and pension arrangements. You will be working on market‐leading technology that supports a wide range of incentive plans, and you will play a key role in delivering high‐quality plan administration services to a global client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer a portfolio of share plans and incentive structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Configure and maintain core business systems, supporting the delivery of client services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to queries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure client records are accurately maintained and updated in line with transactions.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Mentor junior team members, contribute to training, and support wider team initiatives.
- Work closely with colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver seamless service.
