The Head of Client Product – Financial Institutions owns CSC’s end-to-end client product strategy for financial institutions across EMEA globally, covering banks and near-banks including trust, securitisations, aviation finance, insurance, pensions, and related structures. This role sets the segment’s strategic architecture, pricing model contribution, and market-facing product positioning. You will translate market insight into product development, support complex mandates, and enable scalable, high-quality global delivery through a defined target operating model. Success requires deep segment expertise, strong stakeholder leadership, and a credible external voice with clients, intermediaries, and industry forums.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client product segment strategy for Financial Institutions across EMEA globally (banks and near-banks including trust, securitisations, aviation finance, insurance, pensions, and related structures).
- Define the segment’s strategic architecture, including product positioning, value proposition, service scope, and go-to-market priorities.
- Partner with commercial and finance stakeholders to contribute to CSC’s pricing model for the segment, including value-based packaging and commercial guardrails.
- Drive market insight and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities, client pain points, and emerging regulatory/operating trends.
- Lead product development and enhancement initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring readiness across sales, delivery, risk, and technology.
- Provide senior support on complex mandates, proposals, and solution design, acting as accountable product owner and escalation point.
- Ensure strong global client delivery by defining and governing the target operating model, including handoffs, controls, and service standards.
- Build a sustainable relationship coverage structure with clear ownership across product, sales, and delivery stakeholders, enabling consistent client outcomes.
- Represent CSC externally as a credible product voice through client meetings, industry engagement, and thought leadership contributions.
Your Profile
- Proven progressive experience in financial institutions servicing and/or product leadership (e.g., banking, fiduciary, structured finance, insurance, pensions, corporate services, asset servicing, or adjacent professional services).
- Strong working knowledge of banks and near-banks operating models and client expectations, including trust, securitisations, aviation finance, insurance, and pensions.
- Proven ability to translate market insight into product strategy, service design, and commercial outcomes (growth, retention, margin discipline).
- Experience supporting complex client mandates, including multi-jurisdictional structures and tailored operating requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional stakeholders (sales, delivery, operations, technology, risk, legal, finance) with clear accountability and governance.
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present credibly to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience operating across multiple EMEA jurisdictions globally including EMEA and collaborating with global teams to deliver standardized yet flexible solutions.
