You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of a diverse portfolio of global events including exhibitions, sponsorships, seminars, and client events. You will play a key role in shaping and driving the company's event roadmap, ensuring our activities support broader commercial and brand objectives.

Working closely with colleagues in marketing and across the organization, you will help deliver a consistent, high-quality approach to events in EMEA. You will act as a collaborative partner, contributing to the development and maintenance of best practices. Upholding CSC standards for budget management, reporting, and ROI will be central to your role.

Beyond strong operational execution, you will bring creative vision and fresh thinking to the event programme, identifying opportunities to elevate our presence, enhance attendee experience, and differentiate our brand. Your attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and proven ability to deliver events that exceed client and stakeholder expectations will be critical to success.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Consult with meeting sponsor or requester to understand event requirements.
  • Plan and execute a global event program attended by customers, prospects, partners, analysts, media, and employees.
  • Define event objectives and measurable success criteria.
  • Manage all aspects of delegate management – invitee lists, registration, communications, and post‐event surveys.
  • Source, negotiate, and liaise with suppliers.
  • Maintain budgets, control costs, and negotiate without compromising quality.
  • Handle contract and invoice management.
  • Set up and steer project meetings with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, registration, and coordination of all elements.
  • Conduct post‐event assessments to analyze success, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas.
  • Bring new ideas, tools, and methods to the event team regularly.

Technical Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years event management experience.
  • Experience running multiple events simultaneously while tracking ROI.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with senior leadership.
  • Organized and professional, confident working independently with guidance.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, able to multitask events concurrently.
  • Excellent written English and proofreading skills.
  • Highly competent with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Enjoy travelling and flexible to do so, sometimes on short notice.
  • Willingness to work beyond 9‐5 office hours as required.
  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
