About the Role
Support commercial finance transformation by bridging business and technology.
Working across Finance, Operations and Technology teams, you'll translate business needs into scalable solutions, improve Contract-to-Cash (C2C) processes, support ERP migrations and platform modernisation, and help deliver automation, better controls and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, process maps and user stories.
- Analyse and improve business processes and operating models.
- Work with Technology, SAP S/4HANA, Integration and Fin Tech teams to deliver business solutions.
- Support ERP migrations, system integrations, automation and platform modernisation.
- Coordinate testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training and business readiness.
- Maintain project documentation and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience in Contract-to-Cash (C2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), finance transformation or ERP programmes.
- Strong business analysis, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA preferred), Agile and Jira.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools and reporting platforms (e. g. Power BI or Tableau) is an advantage.
- Preferred Qualifications
- CBAP, PMI-PBA or similar Business Analysis certification.
- Experience in professional services, financial services or commercial operations.
