- Associate Brand Protection Analyst – French fluency
- Schedule : Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm ET
- Work Model : Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice to customers to build a comprehensive brand protection strategy.
- Collaborate with global teams and customers to ensure alignment with their acquisition, recovery, and enforcement strategies.
- Proactively anticipate client concerns and provide solutions.
- Conduct background investigations, research, and analysis on trademark infringement and brand abuse.
- Analyze website content to identify infringing content.
- Draft complaints related to domain names (UDRP, DRP & URS).
- Manage enforcement case workloads.
- Coordinate with internal teams to transfer acquired/recovered domain names.
- Act as a self‑starter and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 12 years of relevant work experience.
- French fluency required.
- Paralegal certificate or related coursework, experience in intellectual property law, trademarks, and/or online brand protection preferred.
- Experience in a technical and/or data analysis role; research or technical background beneficial.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work unsupervised under pressure.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce quality results.
- Ability to be direct, open, and honest when dealing with customers and coworkers.
- Experience working within a technology‑driven environment is a bonus.
