- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (three days in-office, two days remote)
About the Role
As a Global Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will contact customers such as companies and law firms to ensure timely payment of invoices. We seek candidates with 1-2 years of collections experience, preferably in B2B settings. Successful employees are motivated self-starters with effective communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Resolving customer issues using problem-solving skills
- Handling incoming inquiries and making outbound calls
- Data entry and documentation of collection activities
- Emailing statements and educating customers about our services
- Meeting monthly targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Fluent in French
- Interest in finance
- Active listening and confidence on the phone
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Diplomacy and effective communication
- Experience in B2B collections or law firms is a plus
- Interpersonal skills and self-motivation
