We are supporting a leading contractor on the refurbishment of a prestigious 7 hotel in Westminster. This is a high-spec, fast-paced project requiring an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to assist in closing out procurement on 30 packages ranging from £100k to £4-6m.
Candidate requirements- Strong procurement background within high-end projects (hospitality, residential, or commercial)
- Experience managing packages across varied values
- Available to start immediately
