We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Bias Technical Services Manager on behalf of a leading Tier 1 fit out contractor for a major Cat B commercial fit out project in Central London. This is an opportunity to join a high performing project team delivering a large scale, high specification workplace scheme, reporting directly into the Project Director and taking ownership of services delivery across a key section of the project.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong mechanical background but must also have solid exposure to the electrical aspects of complex fit out projects.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a Technical Services Manager on large commercial fit out schemes
  • Previous exposure to projects valued at £50m+
  • Strong mechanical bias with a good understanding of electrical packages
  • Experience managing subcontractors, programme coordination and technical delivery
  • Ability to work closely with project delivery teams, consultants and client representatives
  • Strong communication and coordination skills within fast-paced Tier 1 environments
