Position: Project Manager (No.1 on site) Salary: £65,000-£70,000 + car allowance + attractive benefits Location: Chichester, West Sussex The Role: Standalone number one Project Manager to oversee a £5m new build, steel frame office and workshops. This is a lovely project for someone to deliver from start through to completion, they will need be a fully fledged Project Manager, number one on site, who can deal with and liaise with the client’s architects and consultants as well oversee design and do the programme/planning for the project. They will also need to be out on site coordinating trades and pushing the job through its 52 week programme, with the possibility of additional works as the project progresses. The Manager will report into a visiting Director. The Company: This Main Contractor is a privately owned contractor based in Hampshire and turnover £20m a year. They specialise in general main contracting undertaking refurbishments and new builds of industrial/commercial, consultancy who takes pride in undertaken both permanent and freelance recruitment in a professional and friendly manner. Focusing predominately in central London and the Southern markets, we have long working relationships with blue chip and privately owned main contractors successfully recruiting at all levels of management from Site Manager through to Construction Director and Quantity Surveyor through to Commercial Director.
