We are seeking a high-calibre Site Manager for a fast-track office refurbishment project in Greenwich. This is a 6-week contract starting this coming Monday. The project involves a standard internal refresh, but we require a manager who treats every site like a flagship project - prioritising safety, site standards, and smooth subcontractor coordination above all else.
The Role
- Office fit out/refurbishment.
- 6 Weeks (Full duration commitment required).
- Overseeing M&E installs, partitioning (drywall), and high-end painting/decorating.
- You will be responsible for RAMS reviews, daily inductions, and ensuring a culture of safety across all trades.
Requirements
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Black Card (Essential).
- Proven experience in fast-paced commercial fitouts/refurbs.
- A "hands-on" leadership style - we need someone active on the floor, not just in the cabin.
- Strong technical understanding of M&E and internal partitioning.
