Handyman / Making Good Operative – Horsham

Contract: Short-Term We're looking for an experienced Handyman / Making Good Operative to join a short-term project in Horsham, starting immediately.

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishing work.

Duties will include

  • Filling and making good walls and surfaces
  • Mastic and silicone application to a high standard
  • Sanding and preparing surfaces for decoration
  • General snagging and finishing works
  • Basic carpentry and patch repairs
  • Using a trowel and a variety of hand and power tools
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • Proven experience in making good and finishing works
  • Excellent masticing and filling skills
  • Confident using a trowel and hand tools
  • Own tools and PPE preferred
  • CSCS card preferred (if required for site)

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently What's on offer
