Required Experience & Skills
- Proven track record as a No.1 Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects up to £1M.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including M&E coordination, joinery, and finishes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications.
- Experience working in live environments or tight urban sites is a plus.
