We are hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected, long-established construction and development group with a strong regional presence and national reach.

Role Overview
- Lead commercial and contractual management across key projects
- Provide strategic cost advice, risk analysis and value engineering
- Manage and mentor QS team members and act as a key interface with clients and supply chain partners
- Drive commercial performance from pre-contract through to final account
- Champion best practice in reporting, commercial control and governance
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on complex construction projects (typically >£50m)
- Contractual expertise and strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Desirable
- Degree or equivalent educational background in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline
- Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS or similar)
- Experience across both public and private sector delivery
