We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a 6-week school refurbishment project in Woking, starting 20th July.

The project involves
- Management of asbestos removal works (by licensed contractors)
- Electrical rewiring throughout the designated areas
- Installation of new furniture
- Coordination of multiple trades to deliver the project safely, on time, and to a high standard
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and sequencing works
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and site procedures
- Liaising with the client, project team, and supply chain
- Monitoring programme and quality standards
- Maintaining site records and reporting progress
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time and to specification
Requirements
The successful candidate will have
- Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within education or occupied/public sector environments
- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS Black or Gold Card
- First Aid at Work certification
- Strong health and safety knowledge
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
