Night Shift Site Manager – Hospital Refurbishment Project
Location: Windsor
Duration: 8–12 Weeks
Shift Pattern: Night Shifts

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee night shift operations on a live hospital refurbishment project in Windsor. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a fast-paced project operating on a 24-hour construction schedule, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards within a sensitive healthcare environment.
Project Scope
- Refurbishment of the hospital's main reception areas
- Construction and fit-out of two new retail units adjacent to the main hospital entrance
- Coordination of night shift activities within a live operational hospital
- Management of subcontractors, site logistics, health & safety, and programme delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift construction activities
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with programme, quality standards, and project specifications
- Maintain strict health and safety compliance at all times
- Coordinate subcontractors and site labour
- Complete daily site records, reports, and handovers to the daytime management team
- Liaise with the client, hospital representatives, and project stakeholders as required
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively to maintain progress
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Experience working within healthcare or live environment projects is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS Certification
- First Aid at Work Certification
- CSCS Card
- Enhanced DBS
