Senior Site Manager Major Office Refurbishment Reigate, Surrey I m working with an established and growing contractor that is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager for a major office refurbishment and building-services upgrade in Reigate. This is effectively a mini Project Manager position. You will be the operational lead on site, taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the scheme across two office blocks, from the early stages through to commissioning and handover. The project is being delivered over a 52-week programme, with completion scheduled for August 2027. The scope includes the complete replacement and upgrade of the building s mechanical, electrical and public-health services, together with associated architectural and builders works.
