Site Manager for RC Frame – Residential New Build Project Location: Wimbledon, London Position: Site Manager – Immediate Requirement (Freelance) Project Type: Residential New Build (RC Frame Erection) We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the erection of an RC Frame on a residential new build project in Wimbledon. This is an immediate requirement and will start on a freelance basis. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that the RC frame construction is carried out according to the project schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Oversee the site team, including subcontractors and workers, ensuring productivity and adherence to site protocols. * Maintain and enforce high safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments. * Ensure strict compliance with the project specifications, drawings, and any local regulations. * Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on project progress to senior management. * Resolve any issues that arise on site promptly to avoid delays or disruptions. Key Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on RC Frame or similar residential construction projects. * Strong understanding of construction processes, including health and safety standards. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. * Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme) certification, and First Aid qualification.
