Our client is a medium sized main contractor that specialize in external and internal refurbishment projects across London within the public sector. We are recruiting a site manager to run a project based in South West London. The project is 6 story residential tower block Which is occupied. The works consist of and not limited to: Removal and reinstatement of Balcony balustrading. Asphalt repairs. Concrete repairs to all soffits/upstands/columns. New resin walkways. Decoration. This project has an 18-week Programme. Key responsibilities: * Liaising with residents, sub contractors, senior management and the client. * Manage and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to schedule, quality standards, and health & safety regulations. * Project reporting directly to the visiting contracts manager. * Manage project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and permits to work.
