Freelance Site Manager - Residential Project (Traditional Build & Timber Frame)

We are urgently seeking a Site Manager for a residential development, overseeing a section of 40 units, covering both internal and external works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on your section of the site (40 units)
- Oversee both traditional build and timber frame construction phases
- Manage and support an Assistant Site Manager reporting into you
- Maintain high standards of health and safety on site
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is delivered to programme and quality expectations
- Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to senior management
- Oversee logistics, materials, and site organisation
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering residential schemes, including internals and externals
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with both traditional build and timber frame construction
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (in date)
- Able to start immediately and work under pressure to meet deadlines
