Job Description
MUST have great experience within the construction industry, Ideally within a Main contractor!\\n\\nMinimum 5 years experience within this position\\n\\nInduction records\\n\\nManaging the MSite turnstile system\\n\\nOrdering IT & arranging inductions for new employees\\n\\nIssuing weekly progress photos to relevant parties\\n\\nEnsuring, inductions, H&S plans and First Aid/Fire Marshall posters are kept up to date.\\n\\nLiaising with the site team, helping collate monthly SHE returns\\n\\nCollating monthly client reports / dashboards\\n\\nPreparing presentations and mark-ups for site team\\n\\nCCS presentations & coming up with innovation ideas\\n\\nMaintaining PPE room and stock levels\\n\\nCreating and maintaining a variety of trackers\\n\\nSetting up subcontractor safety folders\\n\\nSite and Aftercare support with administration\\n\\nOrganising monthly team social events\\n\\nOrdering office supplies (stationary, coffee/tea, water etc.)
