We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a major remediation project involving the de-cladding and re-cladding of a social housing residential block in East London. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile project from Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) through to construction and final account, playing a key role in the successful delivery of a complex building safety and façade remediation scheme.
The Role
As the lead Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the project from the PCSA phase, working closely with the pre-construction, design and operational teams to ensure a successful transition to site and throughout delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the commercial management of the project from PCSA through to completion.
- Managing all cost planning, procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Working collaboratively with the client, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams during the PCSA stage.
- Developing procurement strategies and managing subcontract packages.
- Producing accurate cost reporting, forecasting and commercial performance updates.
