We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join the pre-construction team, producing accurate and competitive tenders and helping secure profitable work aligned with the company's high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Carry out take-offs and build up pricing schedules
- Obtain, assess, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Identify and manage tender risks and opportunities
- Support value engineering and alternative proposals
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth tender-to-delivery handovers
- Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits as required
- Maintain pricing intelligence, benchmarking, and estimating records
- Proven experience as an Estimator within a contractor environment
- Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, and pricing strategy
