We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a £6.5m electrical upgrade project within a live commercial building in Reigate. This is a No.1 role with full responsibility for the project from site, offering an immediate permanent opportunity with a well-established contractor. The successful candidate does not need to be an electrical specialist but must be an experienced No.1 Project Manager capable of leading the project, managing the site team, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, quality and health & safety, and acting as the main point of contact with the client.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering projects as the No.1 on site
  • Strong leadership and client-facing skills
  • Experience managing commercial refurbishment or building projects
  • Able to coordinate specialist subcontractors and drive programme delivery
  • Stable employment history with a recognised main contractor or specialist contractor

Salary: £70,000 (with some flexibility for the right candidate)

Location: Reigate
