We are recruiting for an experienced Permit Manager to join a large-scale commercial fit-out programme in Canary Wharf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inductions for all personnel.
- Review, agree and issue RAMS.
- Issue, track and close all permits to work.
- Undertake regular site walks to ensure works are being carried out in accordance with RAMS, permits and site procedures.
- Liaise with subcontractors and site management team to maintain safety and compliance.
Requirements:
- Strong construction knowledge and on-site experience.
- Previous experience managing permits to work.
- Familiarity with EcoOnline or similar permit/safety management systems preferred.
- Proactive, organised and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders.
