My client is seeking ambitious, motivated and experienced property professionals to join their growing New Homes team on a self-employed basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or property professional looking for greater flexibility, autonomy and strong earning potential within an established and respected brand.

Working with a wide portfolio of high-quality developments and premium housebuilders, successful candidates will benefit from access to exclusive instructions, ongoing opportunities and strong support from an experienced management team.

The Role

  • Managing buyer enquiries and generating new sales opportunities
  • Conducting property viewings and supporting development launches
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers and purchasers
  • Managing the sales process from reservation through to completion
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the buyer journey
  • Proactively securing sales and maximising all opportunities
