This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys working directly with customers and taking pride in delivering high-quality remedial works and aftercare. The Role As a Customer Care Operative, you’ll be responsible for attending customers' homes to investigate and resolve defects and maintenance issues, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and customers receive excellent service. You’ll cover a regional patch stretching from Stockport across to Liverpool and down towards Crewe and Stoke. Key Responsibilities * Carry out customer care and aftercare works within occupied properties * Investigate and resolve defects and maintenance issues * Complete remedial works to a high standard * Liaise professionally with homeowners, tenants and customers * Work across multiple trades including joinery, painting, masticing and plastering * Diagnose issues and identify appropriate solutions * Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales * Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service * Complete relevant paperwork and job updates * Represent the company professionally when working in customers' homes About You We’re looking for someone who: * Has previous experience in customer care, repairs, maintenance or aftercare * Is confident across joinery, painting, masticing and plastering * Ideally has experience within new build housing or social housing * Has excellent customer service and communication skills * Can work independently and manage their own workload * Takes pride in the quality of their work * Has a professional and reliable approach * Holds a full UK driving licence What's on Offer 💰 Up to £35,000 salary 🎯 Bonus 🚐 Company van provided ⛽ Fuel card provided 🏠 Regional North West patch 🔨 Permanent opportunity with an established team If you're an experienced Customer Care Operative, Multi-Skilled Operative, Repairs Operative, Maintenance Operative or Aftercare Operative looking for your next opportunity, we'd be keen to hear from you
