I am currently recruiting for a Freelance Mid/Senior Designer on behalf of a well established commercial interiors and workplace fit out company. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong all round designer who can confidently lead and run projects from concept through to delivery. The role is suited to someone with a creative background who is comfortable working directly with clients, managing design processes and driving projects forward within a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will not necessarily be heavily technical but must be fully proficient in Revit and capable of overseeing projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workplace and commercial office design projects
- Manage projects from concept through delivery
- Client facing meetings and presentations
- Space planning and workplace strategy
- Coordination with wider delivery and consultant teams
- Design development and material selection
- Support project delivery throughout construction phases
Requirements:
- Experience within commercial workplace interiors / office fit out
- Strong project running capability
- Revit proficiency is essential
- Excellent communication and client facing skills

- Ability to work autonomously within a fast paced environment
