Experienced Architect required to join a busy Design & Build contractor delivering a range of commercial and education sector projects. The successful candidate will have strong Revit experience and be confident producing technical design packages while working collaboratively with project delivery teams from concept through to construction. This is a long-term contract opportunity with an established contractor, offering involvement across multiple projects within a fast-paced Design & Build environment.
Requirements
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Experience delivering commercial and/or education sector fit out projects
- Previous experience working within a Design & Build environment
- Technically strong with excellent detailing and coordination skills
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
- Able to work collaboratively with project managers, consultants, and site teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable
- BIM coordination experience
- Refurbishment and fit-out project experience
Start: Early to Mid-August
