International Sales Manager\\n\\nAre you an experienced international sales manager with a strong track record selling London property to global markets? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive sales and manage international agent relationships for a leading UK property developer.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nReporting to the Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director, you will be responsible for delivering a strong sales performance by leading and managing a team of Sales Advisors across multiple developments. Your focus will be on legal completions, customer satisfaction, pricing strategies, and sales efficiency.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Sales Team Management – Lead, train, and develop a team of Sales Advisors, ensuring high performance.\\n\\n * Agent & Client Relations – Build and maintain a strong network of international agents to generate overseas sales.\\n\\n * Market Expansion – Identify and develop opportunities in key global markets, attending events and engaging with high-net-worth clients.\\n\\n * Marketing & Strategy – Work closely with the marketing team to launch new developments and drive effective campaigns.\\n\\n * Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to company standards and provide regular performance reports to senior management.\\n\\n * International Travel – Attend sales events and exhibitions across key regions to strengthen relationships and drive transactions.\\n\\n * Show Home & Sales Office Management – Ensure presentation meets company standards and enhances customer experience.\\n\\n * Competitor & Market Analysis – Stay updated on market trends and provide strategic insights.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\n * Proven international sales experience within the London property market.\\n\\n * A strong network of international agents and ability to build long-term partnerships.\\n\\n * Willingness to travel internationally for sales activities and events.\\n\\n * Experience in managing sales teams, setting targets, and driving results.\\n\\n * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.\\n\\n * Knowledge of consumer protection regulations and industry compliance.\\n\\n * Language skills in Arabic, Mandarin, or Turkish are advantageous but not required.\\n\\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales leader to make an impact in a fast-paced, global-facing role.
