Internals Finishing Manager - Reisdential

Position: Internals Site Manager Location: Fulham Rate: £270 – £290 per day Company Our client is a tier 1 residential developer that specialises in building medium to high rise RC frame residential projects in London. Role We are currently for an internals bias Finishing Manager to join our clients project team. The role will involve overseeing the internal works on a range of apartments from 2nd fix, through to handover. Responsibilities Your day to day duties will include (But not limited to); Full management and sequencing of the internal trades with a key focus on the quality of delivery. Progress reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings. You must be immediately available and have proven experience of delivering residential apartments from 2nd fix through to handover as well having a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
