We are working with a well-established contractor who is looking to appoint a strong Internal Site Manager on a permanent basis for a high-spec residential scheme in Alperton, Wembley. This is a hands-on role, with full responsibility for the internal fit-out from 1st fix through to handover on at least 35 high-quality units.
The Role:
- Managing all internal works from 1st fix to final handover
- Overseeing high-spec finishes to a strong quality standard
- Coordinating and driving subcontractors and trades
- Managing quality control, defects, and snagging
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and H&S requirements
- Liaising with the wider site team, consultants, and senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Internal Site Manager on residential projects
- Strong background delivering high-spec apartments
- Comfortable running a section independently
- Excellent eye for detail and quality
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
