This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on a diverse range of projects, from full refurbishments and fit-outs to select new build developments, within a dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities for Intermediate Quantity Surveyor: Assist in managing costs, budgets, and forecasting for high-end residential refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects. Support senior team members in ensuring the project's financial targets are met and exceeded. Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and project variations to ensure cost efficiency. Contribute to financial reporting and tracking of project costs to maintain accuracy and timely delivery. Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
