New Homes Sales Consultant / Sales Executive
Are you passionate about property sales and looking to develop your career with a leading new homes developer?
We're looking for a motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join our successful development in Harrogate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months' experience in new homes sales or a similar property sales environment.
If you have experience working on a new build development and understand the customer journey from reservation through to completion, we'd love to hear from you.
- The Development
- Stunning development of approximately 250 plots
- Mixture of 2, 3 & 4-bedroom homes
- High-quality homes from a well-respected developer
- Working Pattern
- Tuesday and Wednesday off every week
- Only 1 in every 14 weekends off (approximately 4-5 weekends per year)
The Role
- Welcome and qualify prospective purchasers.
- Conduct show home and development tours.
- Guide customers through the entire buying journey from enquiry to completion.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage the sales process accurately using CRM systems.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors and the wider business to ensure a smooth customer experience.
About You
- Minimum 1 year's experience in new homes sales or residential property sales.
- Understanding of the new build sales process.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Target-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
