- Handyman / Making Good Operative – Horsham
- 📍 Location: Horsham 📅 Contract: Short-Term
We're looking for an experienced Handyman / Making Good Operative to join a short-term project in Horsham, starting immediately.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishing work.
Duties will include
- Filling and making good walls and surfaces
- Mastic and silicone application to a high standard
- Sanding and preparing surfaces for decoration
- General snagging and finishing works
- Basic carpentry and patch repairs
- Using a trowel and a variety of hand and power tools
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Proven experience in making good and finishing works
- Excellent masticing and filling skills
- Confident using a trowel and hand tools
- Own tools and PPE preferred
- CSCS card preferred (if required for site)
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
