We are currently recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-established and growing property services provider. The Role

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, clients, and operational teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring residents are fully informed and supported throughout planned works programmes. You will be highly visible on-site and proactive in your communication, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between residents, clients, and internal delivery teams
  • Communicate works programmes clearly through newsletters, meetings, site visits, and resident open days
  • Ensure residents are fully informed of work schedules, processes, and any changes or updates

  • Support operational teams by feeding back resident insights and resolving issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or customer-facing role (housing, construction, or property services preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • A full UK driving licence is essential due to travel across North East London and Essex
