Our client have recently secured an exciting new project in Gosport with a Tier 1 contractor and are looking to appoint an experienced Non-Working Mechanical Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major project with a well-established business, with the potential for a long-term future beyond the initial contract.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating mechanical installation works on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. This is a non-working supervisory role, managing a team of approximately 10–20 mechanical installers.

Requirements

  • Gold CSCS / JIB Card (essential)
  • Previous experience working with Tier 1 contractors
  • Strong mechanical background with a good understanding of plant room installations
  • Proven ability to supervise and coordinate site teams
  • Experience delegating work and managing labour resources effectively
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable

  • Previous experience working on school projects (advantageous but not essential)
