We are currently recruiting an experienced Finishing Manager for an award winning residential developer. The project is based in North London. The role will involve overseeing the finishing from 1st and 2nd fix through to handover on a large residential development based in North London. You will be responsible for all internal trades with a specific focus on quality, and the finishes whilst upholding all aspects of health and safety, To b considered for this long term freelance position, you must have worked for a tier ½ main contractor or residential developer on high rise schemes. You must have a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card
